Rate my Voice
Terms of Use
The short version: Rate my Voice has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. If you post something that breaks these rules, we remove it, and we suspend or permanently remove the accounts of people who harass or abuse others. You can report any clip, comment or user, and block anyone, at any time.
1. Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and LALETTAYIN LTD. You must accept them before you create an account or log in, and you accept them again if we change them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply in addition to Apple's and Google's standard terms for apps downloaded from their stores; where they conflict, these terms govern your use of Rate my Voice.
2. Who can use Rate my Voice
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. We remove accounts we learn belong to children under 13, together with everything posted from them. See our Child Safety Standards.
3. Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is posted from your account. Don't impersonate other people, and don't create accounts to get around a suspension or a block.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the recordings and comments you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, play, display and distribute that content inside the app and on shared links, for as long as it stays posted. You confirm you have the right to post it. Anything you post, and your nickname, can be seen and heard by other users.
5. Zero tolerance: what is not allowed
You must not post, or use the app to send, any of the following. We do not tolerate it.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation or targeted abuse of any person.
- Hate speech, or content that attacks or demeans people for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age.
- Sexually explicit or pornographic content, and any sexualisation of minors (reported to the authorities).
- Graphic violence, encouragement of self-harm or suicide, or promotion of terrorism or violent extremism.
- Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activity or dangerous goods.
- Private information about someone else (doxxing), or recordings of people without their consent.
- Spam, scams, impersonation, or content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights.
Abusive behaviour is not allowed either, even when each single message looks mild — for example repeatedly targeting a user, coordinating others against them, or evading a block.
6. Reporting and blocking
- Report a clip: tap the menu (⋯) on the clip, choose Report clip, then pick a reason.
- Report a user: open their profile and tap Report. To report a comment, report the account that wrote it this way.
- Block a user: open their profile and tap Block. You will no longer see their clips or comments, and they are not told. You can unblock them from their profile at any time.

7. How we moderate
- Every report goes to our moderation team. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these terms.
- When several different people report the same clip, it is hidden automatically until a moderator has reviewed it.
- We suspend or permanently remove the accounts of users who post objectionable content or behave abusively, and we may do so without notice.
- We may remove any content or account that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or the law, and we report illegal content to the authorities where required.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (see also Delete your account). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
9. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". Content is created by users, not by us, and we do not endorse it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the version and date above and ask you to accept the new version in the app before you continue.
