What to write about

Something is broken. Tell us your phone model and what you were doing — it saves a round of questions.
Privacy requests. Access, correction, deletion, portability, or objecting to processing. See the privacy policy.
Deleting your account. Fastest from inside the app; if you no longer have it, see Delete your account.
Reporting a clip or a person. The app has a Report button on every post and every profile, and that reaches us fastest. Email works too.

Usually a day or two. Privacy requests are answered within 30 days, as the law requires — normally much sooner.
